With over 20 years of experience in media production and 14 years as the founder and head of my own production company, I have produced a wide range of TV commercials, documentaries, music videos, and short films. I have also been part of the directing teams behind leading TV series, as well as local and international feature films, and have provided production consultancy across a broad range of projects.

I manage the full production process from budgeting and pre production through filming and post production. With deep knowledge of the local production market and unit costs, I work closely with advertising agencies and production partners to review, negotiate, and optimize budgets in detail. I regularly collaborate with top tier post production houses under preferred pricing structures and arrange direct, confidential agreements with key third party talent when appropriate, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. I also establish clear pricing frameworks for technical crews and resources, bringing strong expertise in planning, scheduling, resource management, auditing, reporting, and content execution.
